How we’re helping those affected by the war in Ukraine

We’re hosting a raffle of favourite Neptune designs and exclusive money-can’t-buy experiences to raise money for those affected by the war in Ukraine. We're giving 100% of raffle donations to the DEC’s Ukraine Humanitarian appeal, who raise funds quickly and efficiently at times of crises overseas.

For just a £25 donation, you could win...

The five prizes in our online raffle raising money for the DEC’s Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal.

There’s no limit to the number of times you can donate, or the total number of prizes you can buy tickets for, so every ticket will make a difference.

Our homes should be safe places to be with loved ones, but right now, for the people of Ukraine, this isn’t the case.

Which is why we’re supporting a number of causes including the DEC’s Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal. The DEC work with leading UK aid charities, including the British Red Cross, to raise funds quickly and efficiently at times of crises overseas. At the moment, DEC charities are in Ukraine and neighbouring countries meeting the needs of all refugees and displaced people, providing essential medical and hygiene supplies, emergency food and shelter.

In our efforts to raise as much money as possible, we’re starting with a raffle of favourite Neptune designs and exclusive money-can’t-buy experiences and giving 100% of raffle donations to the DEC’s appeal.

We are running it from Friday 18th March to Friday 8th April with ticket donations costing £25. There’s no limit to the number of times you can donate, or the total number of prizes you can buy tickets for, so every ticket will make a difference.

There are five prizes including our Suffolk 5ft dresser, Arundel dining set, Chichester workstation and two exclusive experiences. After the raffle closing date, we’ll pick the winners at random, and will then be in touch with them directly.

For all the details, you’ll find the terms and conditions here.

We’re also working with local charity Phoenix Enterprises, and other organisations here in Swindon, to understand how we can provide practical support – such as storage and transport – in getting critical supplies and aid out to the people of Ukraine. And, as many of our team at Neptune are Polish, we also wanted to make sure this was reflected in our choice of charities we’re supporting too. So, we are donating to Polish Humanitarian Action, a charity helping refugees arriving in Poland with humanitarian aid and support.

We are contining to look at what more we can do to respond in the coming weeks and how we can give you an opportunity to help too.
