A warm welcome
Neptune Fulham was our very-first London store to open. Forming the ground floor of a red-brick townhouse, it’s based on the bustling Wandsworth Bridge Road but towards the slightly quieter, residential end. After all, we try to make our stores feel more like homes than shops. It’s still easy to reach by underground, overground or bus though. A terrace with classic railings and greenery-filled planters will greet you on arrival, and worry not, you’ll be able to easily spot us as you come down the street – just look out for the flags.
Who you’ll meet
Between us in Fulham, we have over thirty years of Neptune experience. You'll find Emma-louise and Daniela, our leadership team. Then there’s our design team: Nerine, our kitchen designer who’s been with us since 2009, George, our home designer, who some of you may recognise from our Instagram ‘Let’s Design’ series, Kristy our design assistant, and Gordon our installation project manager. You’ll also meet our home specialists Charlotte and Fiona when you pop by – they’re on hand to help with any of the big or small queries you might have about our designs, or to simply offer an expert second opinion. If you're lucky you may even bump into Thierry our resident RHS gardener who is always forthcoming with plenty of tips.

Izzy and her Suffolk kitchen
Izzy's clever kitchen demonstrates just how versatile our collections can be. The Suffolk cabinetry takes centre stage, but with the addition of the Chichester wine rack makes a harmonious mix of timeless designs.
Need to knows
There are a couple of on-street pay-and-display spaces if you’re lucky enough for them to be free, do pay close attention though to the resident only streets as we don't want your visit to be spoiled by a fine. But don’t forget that we’re close by to Fulham Broadway and Parsons Green tube, Imperial Wharf Overground and Wandsworth Town Station. There are also lots of buses you can catch that stop nearby, including the number 295 bus towards Clapham Junction and the 28 towards Wandsworth which stop just outside our doors.
There’s a little section of the store where you can park your pram should you want to.
Dogs are more than welcome. We've even got a jar of Lily's Kitchen treats on hand too along with plenty of pup cuddles.
