A warm welcome
For Neptune Chesham, we quite literally built it from scratch. We’ve designed it so that, from the outside-in and the inside-out, it looks like it’s three mini homes – each one slightly distinct from the other, but all with complementary, common ground to share. Combinations of flint and larch cover the exterior – materials that are in-keeping with the local vernacular – and once inside, you’ll move between a cosy, country retreat-like atmosphere to a modern-country dwelling full of height and light. Our biggest piece of advice when you stop by is to look up – almost every ceiling is a spectacle with exposed timber trusses, mezzanine levels and suspended libraries.
Once upon a time, a mill stood in place of Neptune Chesham, and so, to nod to its heritage, we’ll be calling it Canada Mill…
We're Clearing the Decks
We are welcoming new designs into our store as part of our spring collection, but first, we need to find new homes for some existing pieces. All these designs have been on display, so they might have the odd mark here or scuff there, but they're all available with 30% off.

Who you'll meet
Warm, chatty and down-to-earth – they’re the three words somebody recently used to describe our team at Neptune Chesham. And that feels quite right to us! When you come to see us, you’ll meet Tracey and Imogen who are our store leaders. Then there’s Fiona, Chloe and Jodie, our design team who will help you design every room in your home. We also have 3 home specialists, Emily, Charlotte and Mary who will help you with anything and everything we can, from paint colours to fabric choices for your sofa.

Need to Knows
We have our own spacious car park (which is of course free), so you can park just a short stroll from our front door.
Neptune Chesham is spread over two floors, but we have a lift and step-free access into and around the store.
We’d be happy to help with a spot of babysitting while you browse, should an extra pair of hands help. Inside, it’s lovely and spacious so even a double buggy will find its way around.
Well-behaved dogs are more than welcome too. But if you’re the proud owner of four Great Danes, we’d appreciate it if you perhaps left them at home.
