PR and Partnerships Lead

The role

Neptune is a brand dedicated to creating timeless, beautifully crafted homeware that enriches spaces and tells a story. We believe in design that speaks to the heart and enhances the everyday. We are seeking a PR and Partnerships Lead on a fixed term contract basis for up to 12 months, to champion our public profile and ensure Neptune remains at the forefront of the industry through strategic media relationships and brand partnerships.

As the PR and Partnerships Lead, you'll be Neptune's ambassador, you will take ownership of Neptune's public profile, overseeing and enhancing the brand's visibility through strategic relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influential talent. This role is essential in maintaining a strong and consistent brand presence, nurturing partner relationships, and delivering initiatives that resonate with our customer audience.

Being the person who lives, breathes and expounds our brand and its values, you'll be accountable for:

  • Managing the delivery of PR initiatives, such as collection launches and seasonal projects (including high-profile events like the Chelsea Flower Show).
  • Overseeing our PR agency to develop timely press kits and lookbooks, and deliver clear reporting on media coverage and outcomes.
  • Develop strategies to secure press coverage, and align press activities with the Trade calendar and PR moments to maximise Neptune's reach and impact.
  • Act as the face of Neptune with media partners, ensuring alignment with our brand values and messaging, managing the PR budget, allocating resources to support strategic priorities.
  • Identifying and managing collaborations with social media influencers and other brand-aligned talent, ensuring commercial terms that bring mutual value.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop customer-centric content for press and social media that enhances brand visibility.
  • Assessing competitor communications and industry trends to keep Neptune's content fresh and impactful.


We are looking for someone really special; someone that has exceptional organisational, presentation and communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders and the versatility to work across various disciplines and formats, both internally and externally. Bringing previous experience from a similar role, you'll demonstrate agency and budget management abilities, be proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Maintaining high standards, you'll be someone that's naturally intuitive with an understanding of luxury brands, ideally homeware, and their customers. Possessing a strong passion for media, particularly in the homeware sector, you'll also be skilled at pitching and securing a wide range of coverage, from product placements and news stories to significant features.
