As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Operations Administrator to join us at our Distribution Centre in Swindon.
In this role, you’ll become a key part of the team, helping us keep everything in perfect order—from inventory counts to stock accuracy, from data entry to cross-department collaboration. It’s a detail-driven role, but also one that plays a big part in delivering the Neptune experience our customers know and love.
Day to day, you’ll:
- Help manage our inventory control systems and carry out regular physical and cycle counts
- Work closely with other departments to quickly resolve any issues around stock, shipping, or customer service
- Take ownership of key admin tasks including reporting, consumables ordering, and documentation
- Help maintain order and accuracy across our warehouse
- Support your colleagues during busy times—because we all lend a hand when it’s needed
- Ensure our health and safety practices are followed and championed
You’ll likely have experience working with a Warehouse Management System, and be confident using Microsoft Excel and Outlook. You’re naturally organised, methodical, and calm under pressure. Your eye for detail is matched by your ability to juggle tasks and meet deadlines—and you understand how even the smallest detail contributes to the bigger picture.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm, based at our Swindon Distribution Centre.
