Marketing Executive

Neptune HQ, Swindon - Permanent, full-time

The role

At Neptune, we believe in the beauty of considered design. In homes that are both lived-in and loved. And in telling our story in a way that's as refined and thoughtful as the spaces we help our customers create - homes with heart. As we continue to grow-both online and through our network of stores, we're equally committed to building meaningful connections with our customers.

We're looking for a Marketing Executive to help bring our brand to life through beautifully executed campaigns and inspiring storytelling. You'll play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering marketing activity across multiple channels - from seasonal launches and product unveilings to brand activations and partnerships.

Working closely with our in-house teams, agencies, and collaborators, you'll ensure every initiative is delivered with creativity, precision, and purpose - strengthening Neptune's connection with both existing and new audiences.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the Trade Calendar, ensuring all teams (creative, copy, digital, social, ecommerce, and agencies) are aligned on key campaigns, milestones, and deadlines
  • Coordinating marketing activity for brand partnerships and influencer collaborations, including case studies and major activations like the Chelsea Flower Show
  • Assisting in the development and delivery of campaign plans for seasonal and new product launches, ensuring consistency across every customer touchpoint
  • Supporting the email marketing programme, ensuring content aligns with trading priorities and brand tone
  • Collating campaign updates and performance data for Trade meetings, Board Packs, and Partner Day presentations
  • Planning and coordinating in-store events to bring brand and seasonal campaigns to life

You'll bring previous experience in a similar role ideally within luxury retail or brand marketing with strong attention to detail and a creative eye for ensuring campaigns are delivered consistently to brand standards. You'll be comfortable interpreting data and using insights to guide decision-making and highly organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You'll have a genuine passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

We're a business built on thoughtful decisions and timeless ideas, and our team is one of the things we're proudest of. If you're looking for a place where calm heads, clever thinking and genuine collaboration are valued-you'll feel at home here.
