The role
Leaders at Neptune empower, lead and support their teams to achieve excellence in all they do. And that’s where you come in. As the International and UK Wholesale Lead for Neptune, you will be responsible for leading the wholesale and developing new business opportunities in the UK and Europe.

You’ll also be responsible for introducing the Neptune brand to new partners, in new locations and expanding the network, ensuring that all operational tasks are completed within company guidelines. You’ll assist our partners to achieve and exceed sales and profit targets, whilst adopting an intelligent approach in managing costs.
Within this fast paced role, you will:

As a natural leader of people, you will implement reputation building initiatives that align customer and team engagement with our brand values and culture. You’ll bring solid previous experience at a mid to senior level in luxury retail management and able to demonstrate leadership capabilities of multiple stores. You will be a naturally confident communicator, with the ability to influence, negotiate and engage with your stakeholders and colleagues alike. It’s also important that you have an analytical and highly organised approach to your day to day, as you’ll prioritise multiple tasks and be a pro-active decision maker to support others across our retail function.
The role will require regular travel within the UK and Europe, visiting each of our wholesale stores and predominantly based at our Support Office in Swindon and so you’ll need to have a clean driving licence.
