An exciting opportunity has opened to join us as a HR and Recruitment Coordinator in our Support Office in Swindon. We're looking for a super organised and capable individual to be accountable for the smooth running of HR Operations, including the creation, management, maintenance and manipulation of HR data relating to the employee lifecycle and support recruitment activity by delivering the right talent at the right time. Providing guidance on policy and procedures as well as supporting the wider People & Culture team with exciting projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Play a key role across the full employee lifecycle, delivering a smooth and positive experience from onboarding to offboarding. This includes new starter and leaver processes, employee benefits administration, payroll support, and maintaining high?quality people data.
  • Support the successful delivery of key annual people processes, such as pay reviews, and performance appraisals, ensuring everything runs on time and to a high standard. You'll also produce insightful ad?hoc reports to support business decision?making.
  • Take ownership of employee data accuracy, carrying out regular audits and producing monthly and annual payroll reports. You'll be a trusted point of support for payroll queries, helping to resolve issues efficiently and accurately.
  • Be a first point of contact for employees and leaders, providing clear, confident guidance aligned to company policies and processes. You'll know when to resolve queries yourself and when to escalate more complex matters to HR Advisors.
  • Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to deliver multiple end?to?end recruitment campaigns across the business. You'll communicate effectively with stakeholders, provide constructive feedback, and ensure an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience that supports key business KPIs.
