Exterior Wood Cleaner

• Comes ready to use; no need to dilute.
• Can be used on any of our timber outdoor furniture, with any IsoGuard® finish.

How to apply: You will need a stiff nylon brush (not included).

1. Decant some of the cleaner into a spray bottle.
2. Dampen the timber with water using a hose or low-pressure spray.
3. Spray a generous amount of wood cleaner over the surface.
4. Scrub the timber with your nylon brush until it foams.
5. For stubborn dirt or stains, repeat steps 2 and 3.
6. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
7. Leave to dry completely before using the furniture.

Exterior Top Coat Oil

Your garden furniture will come finished with IsoGuard®, which is designed to last and won’t necessarily ever need refreshing. However, heavily used furniture may start to wear over time. For such pieces, we recommend refreshing the finish every couple of years or as and when damage occurs.

• Comes ready to use; no need to dilute.
• Ensure you choose the correct care kit for your furniture’s IsoGuard® finish.

How to apply: You will need a microfibre e-cloth and a scrubbing pad (included).

1. Pour some of the oil into a shallow dish or tray.
2. Ensure the furniture is clean.
3. Dip the scrubbing pad into the oil and rub into the wood grain in all directions.
4. Finish by rubbing in the direction of the grain.
5. Leave for 5-10 minutes.
6. Wipe off the excess oil using a clean microfibre e-cloth.
7. The furniture will be touch-dry after 24 hours, but we recommend leaving it in a sheltered area for seven days before using or cleaning it.

• Furniture orders to mainland UK or Northern Ireland will arrive via our white glove service. We’ll unbox and position your items, assemble anything that’s needed and take away the packaging for recycling. 
• If you’re ordering outside mainland UK or Northern Ireland, items will be sent through our international delivery partners.

Returns

• You can return any item within 28 days of delivery, but you may be charged for a courier or collection service.
• If you can cancel your order within 24 hours, you will be fully refunded.
• For tailored items and fitted cabinetry, we can only refund 80% of the cost.

Need to know

• If using the Top Coat Oil on a non-Neptune piece, we recommend first sanding the existing finish off entirely and testing the oil on an inconspicuous area.
• IsoGuard® oils are potentially flammable, so place used cloths and pads in water straight after use.
