Your local store team is ready and waiting with advice, ideas and any information you might need – be it via email or live chat, over the phone or face-to-face in a video call. A warm welcome
Neptune Tonbridge is just a few minutes from the historic Motte and Bailey castle and the River Medway. It’s also a mere five-minute drive from the A21. Similar to our Wiltshire head office, we’ve housed our collections within a warehouse-style building that we’ve clad with timber shiplap boards. Some of our customers describe it as being a bit like a modern barn conversion.

Who you'll meet
Our store leader’s Dawn, who’s been with us from the very beginning. She’s something of a Neptune oracle. We also have one of Neptune’s largest kitchen teams: four designers – Vicky, Kass, Ellie and Sophie – an administrator, Jon, and an installation manager, Gary. While our designers are your go-to throughout the whole process, Jon and Gary will make sure that everything runs smoothly. They’re joined by our home specialists, who combine a wealth of knowledge and passion for beautiful detail.
On display
All four of our kitchen collections are waiting to be explored so you can get a real feel for every aspect from cabinet design to worktops.
Inside Neptune Tonbridge you’ll find nine of our most-loved dining tables with perfectly paired dining chairs, all dressed with a small selection of our tabletop pieces like pure linen tablecloths and hand-made crockery.
We’ve filled Neptune Tonbridge with an edit of our furniture collections, spanning the entire design spectrum from classic to contemporary. You can also explore all of our home accessories that translate to any room, helping it to feel warm, welcoming and perfectly in balance.
We have three bedrooms at Neptune Tonbridge – all a little different in style, but all serene, restful spaces. Close by is a contemporary washroom cum dressing area, and together they tell the most wonderful bedtime story night after night.
Tucked inside our store are two garden displays, so that you can get a sense for how you might like to dress your great outdoors, conservatory or garden room.

Home Design
Meet Georgia. She's our home designer and can help with anywhere from one room to ten. Colour, textiles, furniture, flooring - she'll bring it all together to create your version of a Neptune home.
Kitchen Design
Vicky, Eleanor, Sarah and Tom are our kitchen designers. From your first, free consultation to our full design service, they'll listen to all your wants and wishes and turn them into your idea of a dream kitchen.
Need to knows
We have five free parking spaces directly outside our store. There are additional spaces that you're welcome to use in the Waitrose car park just across the road that are also free of charge if you do a spot of shopping.
We have wheelchair ramps but we don’t have a lift, so the upstairs section has limited access. If there’s anything you would like to check with us before you visit, we’re just one call away.
There’s a little section at the back of the store where you can park your pram should you want to. Any of our team will happily keep a close eye on it for you, or will help with a spot of babysitting while you browse. Inside it’s lovely and spacious so even a double buggy will find its way around. We also have a large basket of toys as well as colouring crayons to keep toddlers and children entertained.
Well-behaved dogs are more than welcome too. But if you’re the proud owner of four Great Danes, we’d appreciate it if you perhaps left them at home.
