We’re here whenever suits you best – during the day or into the evening. And don’t forget, you can also order accessories via our Call and Collect service.
A warm welcome
For Neptune Chesham, we quite literally built it from scratch. We’ve designed it so that, from the outside-in and the inside-out, it looks like it’s three mini homes – each one slightly distinct from the other, but all with complementary, common ground to share. Combinations of flint and larch cover the exterior – materials that are in-keeping with the local vernacular – and once inside, you’ll move between a cosy, country retreat-like atmosphere to a modern-country dwelling full of height and light. Our biggest piece of advice when you stop by is to look up – almost every ceiling is a spectacle with exposed timber trusses, mezzanine levels and suspended libraries.
Once upon a time, a mill stood in place of Neptune Chesham, and so, to nod to its heritage, we’ll be calling it Canada Mill…
Who you'll meet
Warm, chatty and down-to-earth – they’re the three words somebody recently used to describe our team at Neptune Chesham. And that feels quite right to us! When you come to see us, you’ll meet Tracey who’s one of our store leaders. Then there’s Tracey number two on the kitchen design team as well as David and Ellie – our other kitchen designers. We also have four home specialists to help you with anything and everything we can, from paint colours to fabric choices for your sofa.
On display
All four of our kitchen collections are waiting to be explored so you can get a real feel for every aspect from cabinet design to worktops. You’ll find each one is set side by side with a living or dining space so that you can see how they work together, be it in a city apartment, contemporary townhouse or country cottage.
Inside you’ll find a selection of our most-loved dining tables with perfectly paired dining chairs, all dressed with a small selection of our tabletop pieces like pure linen tablecloths and hand-made crockery.
We’ve filled Neptune Chesham with an edit of our furniture collections, spanning the entire design spectrum from classic to contemporary. You can also explore all of our home accessories that translate to any room, helping it to feel warm, welcoming and perfectly in balance.
In our bedrooms, you’ll discover serene and restful decorating ideas, capacious wardrobes and chests of drawers, and blissfully soft, Portuguese-made cotton and linen bedding. Then there’s our solid timber beds, of course, upholstered headboards and handmade, natural mattress Barrington. And like in our living rooms, trying them out for yourself is most definitely encouraged.

Kitchen & Home Design
If you’re thinking of investing in a new kitchen, our designers will work with you on a one-to-one basis. First, you’ll come in to have a free design consultation with either Tracey, David or Ellie here at Neptune Chesham. Then, they’ll come to your home to develop your design, and will stay by your side until the kitchen you’ve always wanted is all yours.
Need to Knows
We have our own spacious car park (which is of course free), so you can park just a short stroll from our front door.
Neptune Chesham is spread over two floors, but we have a lift and step-free access into and around the store.
We’d be happy to help with a spot of babysitting while you browse, should an extra pair of hands help. Inside, it’s lovely and spacious so even a double buggy will find its way around.
Well-behaved dogs are more than welcome too. But if you’re the proud owner of four Great Danes, we’d appreciate it if you perhaps left them at home.
